Account & Registration

Registering on pub772 is quick and straightforward. Click the Register button at the top of the page, fill in your basic details — name, email address, mobile number, and a secure password. You'll receive a verification code on your phone. Enter it, and your account is live. The whole process usually takes under three minutes. Make sure the mobile number you register is the same one linked to your GCash or Maya if you plan to use e-wallet deposits.

You must be at least 21 years old to register and play on pub772. This is in line with Philippine gaming regulations. During the verification process, we may ask you to submit a valid government-issued ID such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, or UMID card. Accounts found to belong to minors will be immediately suspended.

On the Login page, click "Forgot Password." Enter the email address or mobile number you used during registration. You'll receive a reset link or OTP. Follow the instructions, set a new password, and you're good to go. If you no longer have access to your registered email or phone number, contact our support team and they'll walk you through identity verification to recover your account.

No — each player is allowed only one account on pub772. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of our Terms and Conditions and may result in all accounts being permanently banned and any winnings forfeited. If you believe someone has created an account using your details without your consent, contact support immediately.
Deposits & Withdrawals

pub772 supports all major Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, Coins.ph, and bank transfers via InstaPay and PESONet. You can also deposit using your online banking from BDO, BPI, or UnionBank. Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards are accepted as well. All amounts are processed in Philippine Peso (₱).

The minimum deposit is ₱100 for e-wallet methods like GCash and Maya. For bank transfers, the minimum may be slightly higher depending on your bank's own transfer limits. There is no maximum cap on deposits, though large transactions may be subject to additional verification for security purposes.

Withdrawals via GCash and Maya are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes during regular operating hours. Bank transfers via InstaPay usually complete within the same day. PESONet transfers may take up to one banking day. During peak periods or public holidays, processing may take slightly longer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.

The most common reasons for a declined withdrawal include: incomplete KYC verification, unmet wagering requirements from an active bonus, mismatched account details, or a pending security review. Make sure your pub772 account name matches your GCash or bank account name exactly. If everything checks out and your withdrawal is still declined, contact support with your transaction reference number.

pub772 does not charge fees on standard deposits. For withdrawals, there are no platform fees applied by pub772 itself. However, your e-wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges — for example, GCash-to-bank transfers may carry a small fee from GCash's end. Always check your payment provider's fee schedule to avoid surprises.
Games & Betting

pub772 offers a wide variety of games tailored for Filipino players: Color Game (the classic perya favourite, now online), Tongits (card game with real money stakes), Sabong (online cockfighting), Boxing Betting, Sports Betting covering basketball, football, and other major events, plus a full Online Casino section with slots, live dealer tables, baccarat, roulette, and more.

pub772's Color Game uses a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that is independently audited. Each round's result is determined the moment the dice roll — no manipulation happens after your bet is placed. Our platform's fairness certifications are available upon request. We operate under licensing requirements that mandate regular third-party audits of game outcomes.

Some game modes on pub772 offer a practice or demo mode where you can play without risking real money. Check the Tongits section to see if a free-play option is currently available. This is a great way to get comfortable with game mechanics and pub772's interface before you start playing with actual pesos.

pub772's Sabong section streams live cockfighting events from accredited venues across the Philippines. Before each fight, you can see the rooster pairings and place your bet on Meron (the favored side) or Wala (the underdog). Bets are accepted up until the start of the fight. Results are updated live, and winnings are credited to your account immediately after the fight concludes. Minimum bet amounts apply per event.
Promotions & Bonuses

pub772 regularly updates its welcome offers, so the exact bonus amount may change. Generally, new players can expect a deposit match bonus on their first deposit — for example, a 100% match up to a certain amount. Check the Promotions page for the current active offer. Make sure to read the terms before claiming, especially the wagering requirements.

Wagering requirements (also called rollover or playthrough) are conditions attached to bonuses. They specify how many times you need to play through the bonus amount before you can withdraw it as cash. For example, if you receive a ₱500 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement, you need to place a total of ₱5,000 in bets before that bonus converts to withdrawable winnings. Each promotion has its own specific terms — always read them carefully.

Bonuses may not be credited automatically if you didn't use the required promo code during deposit, if you already claimed a similar offer before, or if the promotion has expired. Some bonuses require manual activation via the Promotions page. If you believe you qualify and the bonus still hasn't appeared after 30 minutes, contact our support team with your deposit receipt or transaction reference.
Security & Responsible Gaming

pub772 uses industry-standard SSL encryption across the entire platform, so all data transmitted between your device and our servers is secured. We also offer two-factor authentication (2FA) — strongly recommended for all accounts. Our fraud detection systems monitor for suspicious login attempts and unusual transaction patterns around the clock. For additional peace of mind, we recommend enabling 2FA in your account settings.

If you notice any login you didn't make or transactions you didn't authorize, change your password immediately and then contact pub772 support. We can temporarily freeze your account to prevent further unauthorized access while we investigate. Avoid sharing your password or OTP with anyone — our team will never ask for your password.

pub772 is committed to responsible gaming. You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings. If you feel you need a break from gaming, you can also request a self-exclusion period. Visit our Responsible Gaming page for full details on available tools and resources for maintaining healthy gaming habits.

If you wish to permanently close your account, contact pub772 support via live chat or email with your account details and a request for permanent closure. Before closing, make sure any remaining balance has been withdrawn. Note that permanent account closure is irreversible — if you think you just need a short break, a self-exclusion period may be a better option.
